Ichaerus
is a powerful and crafty player in elven politics. His house has seen
many schemes turn against them, yet Ichaerus intends to have the final
laugh. Though his words speak kindly of the High Queen Tepheroth, his
actions and deceit strike deep. Ichaerus sets up events that bring elven
armies great defeat, in the hopes that the leaders of other houses may
begin to question their faith in the High Queen, and look to another to
lead.
